Gail Marie Howell Sept. 22, 1935 Oct. 17, 2001 Gail Marie Howell, 66, 922 N. 5th died Wednesday at the Medical College of Ohio Hospital, Toledo. She was born in Amsden to Bernard and Edith (Werth) LeJeune and graduated with the class of 1953 at Ross High School.

She married Samuel Howell on Oct. 6, 1956, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Fremont, and he survives. A homemaker, Mrs. Howell retired from Ohio Bell in 1959.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the VFW and American Legion auxiliaries. She was a former den mother for Cub Scout Pack 354. Surviving in addition to her' husband are sons Howard of Gibsonburg and James of Port Clinton; daughter Laura Lehmann of Fremont; and five grandchildren and seven -grandchildren. She is preceded by brothers Lewis and Wayne LeJeune.

Mark Neumann, D.O. Sister Henrietta Wagner, RSM July 26, 1908 Oct. 16, 2001 Sister Henrietta Wagner, 93, formerly Sister Mary Chrysostom, died Tuesday at St. Bernardine Home. She was born in Delphos to Earl and Verena (Hemker) Wagner.

She entered the Sisters of Mercy on Oct. 10, 1926, and made her profession of vows on Sept. 1, 1929. Sister Henrietta began teaching in 1928 and served as elementary teacher principal at St. Vincent de Paul, Toledo; St.

Mary, Mansfield; Holy Angels, Sandusky; St. Mary, Kirby; St. Peter, Archbold; St. Rita, Carrizozo, N.M.; and as a high school teacher at Holy Family, Columbus; St. Mary, Sandusky; Central Catholic and McAuley, Toledo and Cincinnati.

She retired to St. Bernardine Home in 1982 and, until several weeks ago, she was busy with convent duties that served the Sisters and employees. Sister Henrietta received a bachelor's degree from De Sales College, Toledo, and master's degree from the University of Cincinnati. She also attended Mary Manse College, Toledo, Xavier University of Cincinnati, John Carroll University, Cleveland, and the University of Iowa and became certified as a secondary school counselor. She is survived by sisters Rita Horton of California and Mary Ann Modica of Lima; brothers Clarence of California and Leon of Wisconsin.

She is preceded by sister Catherine and brothers Frank, Harold, Richard, Eugene, Arnold and Lawrence. Visitation: 2 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, St. Bernardine Home. Services: 4:30 p.m.

Emil A. Webert Jan. 25, 1919 Oct. 18, 2001 Emil A. Webert, 82, of Elmore, died Thursday at St.

Charles Mercy Hospital, Toledo. He was born in Latvia to Carl and Matilda (Batke) Webert. Mr. Webert farmed for 50 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of Elmore Church of God and various farming organization.

Court COMMON PLEAS A Toledo man was sentenced Thursday to 14 months in prison on a reduced fourth-degree felony charge of cocaine possession. Sandusky County Common Pleas Judge Harry A. Sargeant Jr. gave Solomon Williams, 30, of 3345 Elm St.

70 days credit for time served in the Sandusky County Jail, records show. Williams pleaded guilty June 19 to the charge. A Sandusky County grand jury indicted Williams Sept. 22, 2000, on a third-degree felony charge of cocaine possession. The charge was reduced as the result of plea negotiations.

Williams possessed the drug Aug. 5, 2000, in Woodville, reports indicate. In other court news: I A Clyde man pleaded guilty Thursday before Sargeant to a reduced charge of attempted carrying a concealed weapon, fifth-degree felony. Jack C. Williams, 19, of 226 East St.

now faces up to one year in prison and a $2,500 fine. No sentencing date has been set. A Sandusky County grand jury indicted Williams July 18 on a fourthdegree felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. The charge was reduced as the result of plea negotiations. Williams attempted to possess a semi-automatic handgun with two live rounds ready at hand on June 18 in Fremont, records show.

A jury trial is set for 9 a.m. Jan. 7, 2002. Aldrich was indicted Oct. 5 on the charge by a Sandusky County grand jury.

He is accused of cultivating more than 200 grams of the drug at a Washington Township residence in the 1100 block of South Main Street, records show. A Wauseon man entered a pretrial diversion Wednesday after he pleaded no contest before Sargeant to charges of tampering with 4560 three drug each of parapher- records, a third-degree felony and forgery, a fifth-degree felony. Mario Gallegos, 23, of 241 Greco Drive is required to remain a law abiding citizen while on the two-year program. A diversion is an alternative to conviction. If Gallegos successfully completes the program, the charges against him will be dismissed.

A Sandusky County grand jury indicted Gallegos on July 18 on the charges. Gallegos is accused of presenting a false resident alien card and a false Social Security card at the BMV, 500 W. State on May 24 in an attempt to obtain legal documents, records show. Boy to plead guilty to shooting father Associated Press AKRON A boy will plead guilty to a lesser offense rather than use battered child syndrome as a defense against a charge that he shot his father in the head. Aaron Stitt, 14, is charged with delinquency by reason of aggravated murder.

He will enter his plea Friday and be sentenced Monday, according to Summit County Juvenile Judge Judith Hunter and county Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh. Stitt called 911 on March 28 and told police that he had shot his sleeping father, Dennis Floyd Stitt, 48. The boy was 13 at the time. Because Stitt was under 14, the harshest penalty that Hunter can impose is to put him in a detention facility until his 21st birthday.
