The News Fremont, Thursday, Sept. 15, 1977 Deaths Kathryn Clark Kathryn L. Clark, formerly of 700 Barker Road, died Thursday in Holy Family Nursing Home, Parma. She was a former teacher in the Clyde Schools. Services are pending at the Karlovetz Mortuary.

Mrs. Henry Letourneau NORWALK Services for Naomi R. Letourneau, 65, who died Monday, will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Heaston-Gerber Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Letourneau, native of Bellevue, lived most of her lifetime in Norwalk. Survivors are her widower, Henry; three daughters; two sisters, including Mrs. Freda O'Dell, Bellevue; a stepdaughter; three stepsons; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call today at the funeral home unit 9 p.m.

Frank L. Houck ATTICA Services for Frank L. Houck, 89, Route 1, will be Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Bismark.

Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Mr. Houck, a retired farmer, died Tuesday in Mansfield General Hospital. He had been ill two years. Survivors include two daughters, one Mrs.

Lucille Bumb, Bellevue; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and one brother. Visitation at the Foos and Son Funeral Home, Bellevue, is until 9 p.m. today with the rosary recited at 8 p.m. Dale Hepler SYLVANIA Services were held today in the Reeb Funeral Home for Dale W. Hepler, 51, 4649 Framingham Drive.

Burial was in Custer Battlefield National Monument, Crow Agency, Mont. Survivors are his widow, Donna; one daughter; two sons; one grandchild, and three brothers, including Don Hepler, Woodville. Mr. Hepler died Sunday. Jack Lanning MOUNT CORY Jack Lanning, 33, Mount Cory, was fatally injured Monday in a motorcycle accident and died at Bay City Hospital, Springfield, Mass.

According to the police he was driving a motorcycle which struck a parked vehicle. The accident is still under investigation. Funeral arrangements are imcomplete, according to the family. No funeral home was mentioned. Surviving are his parents, Fred Lanning Mount Cory, and Mrs.

Betty Millisor, New Mexico; a brother, Fred Risingsun, and a sister Sandra McQuigg, Tucson, Ariz. Mrs. Cleo Geisler BELLEVUE Mrs. Cleo Geisler, 87, 624 E. Center died early Wednesday at Moravian Villa, Milan, where she had been since June.

Mrs. Geisler was a native of Arcadia and married William Geisler March 25, 1907. Their married life was spent in Bellevue. He died in 1957. She was a member of St.

John's Lutheran Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Helen) Freeman, Bellevue; a son, Dale, Clinton; four grandchildren; 11 greatgrandchildren, and a sister. Mrs. Arthur (Bessie) Clemons, London.

Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Harris Funeral Home with burial in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation is today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 09 p.m. The Rev. Howard Schmiesing TOLEDO The Rev.

Howard J. Schmiesing, who served in the Gibsonburg St. Michael Parish from 1953 until 1963, died in St. Vincent Hospital Wednesday evening following a lengthy illness. He was 68.

A native Minister, he was ordained in 1935 and served in parishes in Sandusky, Lucas, Erie and Hancock counties before retiring from the Catholic Diocese of Toledo in June 1975. He survived by a sister, Mrs. Elsie Elsas, Tavares, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Hoefling Mortuary at 201 Platt East Toledo, after 7 p.m. today.

The body will lie in state at the Sacred Heart Church, Toledo, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday when the most Rev, John A. Donovan, Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo, will be principal celebrant at the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow in the St.

Augustine Cemetery, Minster. The family requests that tributes be made in the form of contributions to the Priests' Education Fund of the Diocese of Toledo or to the Sacred Heart Parish. Ralph Rudolph SANDUSKY Services for Ralph Rudolph, 78, 416 Finch will be Saturday at 9:15 a.m. at David Suitor Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in Sts.

Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Rudolph, who died Tuesday in Providence Hospital, worked many years a delivery milkman for Cloverleaf Dairy.

He retired in 1967 after '13 years with Lyman Boat Co. Survivors are a son, Allen Sandusky; three grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Irvin (Verna) Rhode, Port Clinton, and Mrs. John (Lucille) Stamm, Sandusky. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Municipal court Jessie William Hay, 416 S. Wood was bound over to the grand jury following an appearance in Fremont Municipal Court Monday. Hay is charged with theft. Hay was arrested Sept. 6 for the alleged theft of a car owned by Betty Schuster of Norwalk while it was parked at 1865 Port Clinton Road.

Hay led Fremont police, Sandusky and Ottawa County sheriff's deputies and troopers from the Fremont Post of the Ohio State Patrol on a high speed chase that ended on State Route 2 by the Davis-Besse Power Plant. Hay was found guilty of reckless operation and driving without a license. He was fined $100 and costs, licenses suspended one year and sentenced to six months in jail. Denzil M. Weiker, 424 County Road 60, Helena, was found guilty of public intoxication and was fined $50 and costs: Thomas W.

Gracemeyer, Port Clinton, was found guilty of driving while under suspension. He was fined costs only and sentenced to three days in jail. These persons were found guilty of speeding: John Mollinger, 1600 River two counts, fined a total of $59; Brian M. Adams, 927 Birchard fined $31 and costs, ordered to attend Drivers Improvement School (DIS) and license suspended 15 days; Dale R. Courtney, 423 Williams $27 and costs; Marsha D.

Forgatsch, 1705 Croghan two counts, fined a total of $67 and licenses suspended 30 days; Aurora G. Valdez, Tiffin, $26 and costs; Stella J. Hayes, N. Washington Tiffin, $24; and Albert W. Davis, 213 Connor Drive, $24.

Adams also was found guilty of no drivers license and was fined $25. Holly L. Laughlin, 1130 Franklin was also found guilty of having no license and was fined $50 costs. Her 10-day jail sentence was suspended if she gets her license within 30 days. John E.

Brodericks, 1619 Emmett Drive, was found guilty of reckless operation and fined $30; William Duree, 241 Broadway, Toledo, was found guilty of public intoxication on public highway, not fined since has served three days in jail; Nieves A. Turning cooler Monday. Highs in the 70 and lows in the 50s. Louis Henke Louis F. Henke, 86, 320 N. Buchanan died Wednesday at 8 p.m.

in Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted Monday. Mr. Henke, who never married, was a retired employe of the former Henkel-Clauss Company. He was born in Ottoville, Ohio, Jan. 20, 1891, to Henry and Rosemary (Stienle) Henke.

His only survivors are one nephew and one niece. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Sacred Heart Church with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Weller-Wonderly Funeral Home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. John R. Bastian TIFFIN John R. Bastian, 62, Route 3, a member of the Green Springs Community Band for more than 30 years, died Wednesday evening a at his home. He had been in failing health.

Mr. Bastian, a retired dairy farmer, was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ; Veterans Foreign Wars, Green Springs; Seneca County Farm Bureau, and Union Grange. He served with the 63rd Division Army Engineers during World War II. He and Irma L. Berlekamp were married Dec.

24, 1941, and she survives. Also surviving' are daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Barbara Hudson, Rollersville, and Mary at home; two sons, John Rochester, and Robert Falls Church, and a sister, Mrs. Paul (Jean) DeTray, Tiffin. Funeral will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

Driver hurt in mishap A 20-year-old Clyde man was treated at Fremont Memorial Hospital for back injuries following a two-car accident on Limerick Road, just west of the Clyde city limits. Brian Combs, 1606 County Road 224, was injured when his westbound car was struck from behind by another car while he was slowing to make a left turn, according to the Fremont Post of the Ohio State Patrol. Driver of the other car, Judith Smith, 31, 817 S. Ludwig Gibsonburg, was cited by troopers for no assured clear distance. Ohio A storm system in the lower Mississippi Valley brought moist air into Ohio, causing rain to develop across the state.

Showers and thundershowers were expected in the south and central today, possibly becoming heavy at times as the weather system moves toward the Great Lakes. Rain was expected to reach the northeast corner of Ohio during the afternoon and showers were to continue over the state tonight, diminsihing somewhat Friday. Temperatures overnight were near 50 in the north to the low 60s south. The coolest morning reading was Youngstown's 48 degrees.
